I made some slight changes from my knowledge gathered from the forums:
- The QuickTime FM-6080 bellhousing is steel, which is much more protective of any clutch issues. This is a pretty important item, since you’re pretty much sitting next to the clutch and any parts would/could impair you for life. It’s pricier and heavier than the aluminum bellhousings, but I’ll opt to walk away for a few more dollars…
- The Centerforce clutch is a Ford Performance part – I’ve always been a Centerforce fan so I opted for it instead of the RAM clutch setup that is in the base kit.
- You may notice that I didn’t get Forte’s power steering kit, that’s only because I went with a KRC setup from FFR when I changed to the hydraulic PS setup.
So let’s get to the pics!
It’s a pretty sizeable crate – weighing 800lbs. Made it in one piece so that was good! Within 30 minutes two of my boys and myself tore down the top of the crate to get to the goodies! Only 2 things missing. The slave cylinder for the hydraulic clutch was missing and a few bolts/washers. Easy enough to run to ACE hardware for the bolts & washers, but had to call Mike to get the slave cylinder shipped. Also, the Coyote ECU is on national backorder, so that of course I’m still waiting for…
