An amazing opportunity…
Our creation of a Factory Five Racing 25th Anniversary Cobra pays homage to Carrol Shelby’s classic 427 Cobra S/C, infused with modern twists. My Cobra Dreams journey began with kit #9772, a project fueled by passion to achieve something new. From the moment it arrived, every bolt tightened and challenge overcome felt like a victory. Powered by a Ford Gen3 Coyote crate engine, Tremec TKX 5-speed, and much more – this build is my heart on wheels, brought to life with the support of my son and an incredible community.
A learning experience…
Building this Cobra has been a lifelong dream, a task that has taken over four years to complete. Throughout the process, I’ve embraced continuous learning, finding new friends and acquiring tools. In hindsight, you can never have too many tools! The journey has taught me patience, problem-solving, and community value. Every setback became a learning opportunity, and every milestone a celebration. This project has transformed my perspective on what’s possible when passion meets perseverance.
From bare frame & boxes
